Set in the punk rock world of NYC in the late 1970’s, twins Viola and Sebastian nearly perish on a sunken ferry ride across the Hudson River. Viola, though rescued, is separated from her brother. Fearing for her safety, she disguises herself as Cesario and begins working for punk icon Duke Orsino. A tangled courtship between the two, Orsino’s crush Olivia, and Sebastian leads to a raucous and wild collision of mistaken identity, mourning, music, and love.
